Job Description:
This role is responsible for raising donations from individual donors by managing communications and campaigns that build relationships with donors and the community.
You will be creative and strategic, utilizing our database to provide timely and relevant information about impact and opportunities to support.
Program details:
The Development team is responsible for raising funds to support programs that would not exist without support from the community.
Our teams mission is to generate enthusiasm for SWHDs mission by building deep and meaningful relationships with donors and the community.
We have a 12-person team with diverse competencies, allowing the best candidate to have this position tailored around their highest level skills.
In this role you will:
Develop and execute strategy around donor journeys and membership campaigns.
Set individual giving campaign goals and report on effectiveness to identify year over year growth plans and recommendations.
Strategize with special events team on developing pre- and post-event communication to build relationships with supporters.
Manage our CRM Database, Virtuous, to maintain data cleanliness and department use.
Develop and direct annual calendar of donor appeals and communications.
Support and plan stewardship of individual donors.
Be creative and strategic with new ideas welcomed from everyone on the team.

Experience and understanding of fundraising, marketing, sales or psychology.
Comfort pulling reports and manipulating data with a donor-database and MS Excel Experience with Virtuous CRM a plus Ability to lift 35 lbs.
Valid Arizona Drivers License Registered vehicle with valid auto insurance.
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - OR - must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
